Refund Policy

All Early Monks AI products and services are prepaid. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It does not limit any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

1. Prompt vaults

Prompt vaults are digital files available for download immediately after payment. By buying one you ask us to supply it straight away, so refunds are not available once the vault has been downloaded. If a technical fault on our side stops you downloading it, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

2. Courses

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed no more than 2 lessons and submitted no assignment.
• After that, or once you have submitted an assignment, course purchases are non-refundable.
• Certificates already issued are revoked if a course is refunded.

3. Lifetime Updates

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not submitted any assignment, downloaded any prompt vault or used the studio discount. After that, Lifetime Updates is non-refundable.

4. Studio services

• Before payment: nothing is charged. You can cancel a brief or let a quote expire at any time.
• After payment, before production starts: if you cancel within 2 hours of paying and we have not started generating, we refund you in full.
• Once production has started: AI generation costs us real credits immediately, so paid jobs are not refundable because you changed your mind.
• Missed-deadline guarantee: if we do not deliver a preview by the due time shown on your order (and the delay is not caused by waiting for information, materials or consent from you), you can claim a full refund from your order page.
• We cannot do the job: if we cancel a paid job for any reason other than a breach of our Content Policy or Terms by you, we refund you in full.
• Revisions: included revisions are free. Paid extra revisions (45% of the quoted price) are refundable only if we cancel them or fail to deliver the revised preview within 2 days.
• Quality: if a delivered job clearly does not match the agreed brief and we cannot correct it within your included revision, contact us and we will offer a partial or full refund.
• Jobs we stop because a brief breaks the Content Policy (for example, using someone's likeness without consent) are not refundable once production has started.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method — card refunds through Pesapal, M-Pesa refunds to the paying number — in the currency you paid. Card refunds can take 5–15 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Exchange rate differences and fees charged by your bank or provider are outside our control.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank — most issues are solved quickly. Accounts that file unjustified chargebacks may be suspended.

7. How to ask

Use the refund button on your order page where it appears, or contact us with your payment reference. We reply within 2 business days.
